Marcus Smith made his senior debut for Harlequins during the 2017/18 season and has since gone on to make 105 appearances and scored over 963 points for the Club in all competitions. While he is yet to play in a competitive match for the English senior team, he started in England’s Quilter Cup match against the Barbarians in June 2019, a fixture where he was named “Man of the Match”. He was also named in Eddie Jones’ wider training squad for the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan.
Marcus has been nominated for BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year. He also won the Young Sportsman of the Year at the British Ethnic Diversity Sports Awards (BEDSA).
